Hello. I'm Sara Mota, a graphic designer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I spent nearly a decade living in Switzerland honing my graphic design and photographic skills in one of the world's most ideal countries for studying and developing visual knowledge. I am passionate about Swiss aesthetics, and that led to me to the Basel School of Design, where I was able to study with some of the original members of the school and a few of the best new designers in Switzerland today. The clean lines, white space and strikingly bold style of Swiss design continue to influence me, however my travels throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa introduced me to various world cultures and the many diverse forms of visual communications.
In addition to a background in researching and writing books, articles and papers, I have experience in book design, print publications, illustration, identity development and photography.
